摘　　要：面向电子信息产业实际人才需求,微电子专业类培养计划应以理论基础知识学习为主导,结合实践教学模式、联系校企合作及参与教师科研实践为辅。本文结合微电子应用型人才培养的概念,从课程设置、课程内容、师资队伍、实践模式等方面进行了探讨,并提出了相关问题的具体解决措施,从而实现微电子专业实践型人才的培养目标。Facing to the demanding of electric information industry,the training plan of microelectronics should based on the theoretical courses,combining practice teaching model,corporation with the companies,as well as students participating in the scientific project of their teachers.The paper started from the conception of practical talents of microelectronics,and discussed on the course offering,course contents,teacher＇s teams and training model. Finally,the resolution solutions on those aspects were proposed to realize the training objectives of practical talents of microelectronics.
