动脉粥样硬化性进展性卒中患者血清疱疹病毒IgM抗体的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨动脉粥样硬化性进展性卒中与人类疱疹病毒感染之间的关系。方法应用金标免疫斑点法检测人巨细胞病毒 (humancytomegalovirus ,HCMV)、单纯疱疹病毒 (herpessimplexvirus,HSV ) 1型和 2型IgM抗体 ,同时与对照组比较。结果动脉粥样硬化性进展性卒中组HCMV和HSVIgM抗体总阳性率为 91.0 7%(5 1/5 6 ) ,对照组为 2 9.33% (6 1/2 0 8) ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;其中HCMV和HSV 1IgM抗体阳性率分别为5 1.79% (2 9/5 6 )和 2 3.2 1% (13/5 6 ) ,对照组分别为 12 .5 0 % (2 6 /2 0 8)和 5 .77% (12 /2 0 8) ,均有显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 1)。HSV 2IgM阳性率为 16 .0 7% (9/5 6 ) ,对照组为 11.0 6 % ,(2 3/2 0 8) ,两者无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论HCMV和HSVObjectiveTo study the relationship between progressive stroke and the active infection of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV),herpes simplex virus(HSV) type 1 and 2 active infection. MethodsDot immunogold assay was used for the detection of IgM antibodies against HCMV, HSV 1 and HSV 2 in serum of 56 patients with progressive stroke. The titers of antibody of the patients were compared with those of the control group. ResultsTotal positive rate of anti herpesviridae IgM antibodies in patients with progressive stroke was 91.07 % (51/56), higher than that of the control group( 29.33 % ,61/208).Statistically, there was significant difference between two groups (χ 2= 68.86 ,P< 0.01 ). The positive rates of anti HCMV and anti HSV 1 IgM were 51.79 % (29/56) and 23.2 % (13/56),respectively, higher than those of the control group ( 12.50 % ,26/208 and 5.77 % ,12/208).The positive rate of anti HSV 2 was 16.07 % (9/56), compared to that of the control group( 11.06 % ,23/208),there was no significant difference(P> 0.05 ). ConclusionThe results suggested that HCMV and HSV 1 active infection may be associated with progressive stroke.
