摘 要:目的调查分析一起农村家庭饮用自泡药酒导致中毒的原因,为处理及预防类似事件提供经验。方法对流行病学调查、自泡药酒情况调查、临床表现等进行综合分析。结果本次事件发生中毒4人,死亡1人。经调查确定,饮用含有毒药材的自泡药酒为本次中毒的主要原因,可疑致病物质为乌头碱。结论本次事件为一起饮用自泡药酒引起的中毒事件,反映了部分群众对中草药尤其有毒药材认识不足,偏信"秘方",食品安全意识淡薄。Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of the poisoning caused by the consumption of self-brewing medicinal liquor in rural families and to provide experience for the treatment and prevention of similar incidents. Methods The epidemiological survey,self-brewing medicinal liquor survey,clinical manifestations were comprehensively analyzed. Results Four people were poisoned and one died in this incident. After investigation,it was determined that drinking self-brewing medicinal liquor containing poisonous medicinal materials was the main cause of this case. The suspicious pathogenic substance was aconitine. Conclusion The incident was a poisoning incident caused by drinking self-brewing medicinal liquor,reflecting the lack of knowledge of populations about herbs,especially those poisonous one. People tend to believe in the "secret recipe"and have weak awareness of food safety.
