摘  要:电力系统内的事故顺序记录和信息化业务的时间要求具有唯一性和准确性,精准的时间戳是这种要求的技术保障。近些年随着电力行业内信息化业务的几何式增长,系统内各数据库服务器和应用平台均对时间同步提出了更高的精度和安全要求,同时也提高了对系统内时间服务器的指标要求。当前,大多数电力行业的时间基准源均来自GPS,存在安全风险。有必要建立以北斗参考源为主、原子钟守时为辅的时间基准源,以避免因GPS丢失、GPS欺骗等技术手段造成的系统风险。本文首先分析了电力系统内的时间同步现状,并针对现状提出了相关的解决方案和技术手段。The events of sequence and information application system in electric power system need uniqueness and accuracy,precise timestamp is the requirement of technical support.As the geometry growing of electronic business in electric power industry in recent years,more high accuracy and safety requirements of time synchronization for each database server and application platform are required,meanwhile the technical requirements for sever are increased.Now the time reference sources in most financial institutions are from GPS,and it is a security risk.So it is necessary to establish beidou reference time source and atomic clocks punctual time reference source,in order to avoid the system risk of GPS lost and GPS deception technology. At first,current time synchronization in financial institutions are analyzed,and relative solutions and technical means for solving current problems are presented.
