摘　　要：建筑虚拟设计是进行建筑施工设计的理论基础,为提高建筑虚拟设计的逼真性以及建筑物特征信息的三维表达能力,提出一种基于3D激光扫描技术的建筑虚拟设计模型。首先采用3D激光扫描技术进行建筑物的三维轮廓以及纹理信息数据采样,提取特征信息参量。然后采用形态学分割方法进行建筑图像的视觉测量,通过分段平滑方法进行建筑虚拟三维重构设计。最后进行建筑虚拟设计的仿真实验,结果表明,该方法能较好地实现建筑虚拟三维重构,输出的建筑三维图像的特征表达信息准确全面,较好地指导了建筑设计。The construction of virtual design is the theoretical basis for construction design,in order to improve the construction of the virtual design and realistic 3D building feature information expression ability,proposed a virtual architecture design model based on 3D laser scanning technology.Firstly,the 3D profile of the building and the texture information data are sampled by 3D laser scanning technology.Then the morphological segmentation method is used to design the visual image of the building.The simulation experiment is carried out in virtual architecture design,this method can achieve better building virtual 3D reconstruction,3D image output characteristics of architectural expression of accurate and comprehensive information,a better guide to the architectural design.
