摘 要:目的探讨IL-1β、IL-6、p53与胃癌组织幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的相关性。方法选取2016年6月至2017年10月期间我院收治的100例胃癌患者,根据检查结果 Hp阳性有89例,Hp阴性有11例。选取同期体检健康者50例作为对照组。比较各组间血清IL-1β、IL-6、p53水平以及相关性。结果胃癌组血清IL-1β、IL-6、p53水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。胃癌组Hp阳性率(89.0%)显著高于对照组(22.0%)(P<0.05)。Hp(+)胃癌组血清IL-1β、IL-6、p53水平显著高于Hp(–)胃癌组(P<0.05)。胃癌Hp感染密度3级患者血清IL-1β、IL-6、p53水平显著高于1级和2级(P<0.05)。经过Spearson相关性分析,IL-1β、IL-6、p53水平与胃癌Hp感染密度均呈正相关关系。结论胃癌组织Hp感染可引起血清IL-1β、IL-6水平等炎性因子提高和抑癌基因p53的激活,并通过联合作用机制共同促进胃癌的发生、发展。Objective To investigate the correlation between IL-1β, IL-6, p53 and helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in gastric cancer tissues. Methods From June 2016 to October 2017,100 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital were collected. According to the examination results, there were 89 Hp positive cases and 11 Hp negative cases. 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group. The serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6, p53 and their correlation were compared between the groups. Results The serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6 ,p53 in the gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The positive rate of Hp in gastric cancer group (89%) was significantly higher than that in control group (22%) (P 〈 0.05). The serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and p53 in patients with Hp (+) gastric cancer were significantly higher than those of Hp (-) (P 〈 0.05). The levels of serum IL-1β, IL-6, p53 in patients with Hp infection level 3 were significantly higher than those of level 1 and level 2 (P 〈 0.05). Based on spearson correlation analysis,IL-1β,IL-6,p53 levels were positively correlated with the Hp infection density of gastric cancer. Conclusion Hp infection in gastric cancer tissues can increase the levels of serum IL-1β, IL-6, activate the tumor suppressor gene p53, and promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer through the joint action mechanism.
