摘　　要：二极管激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术(DLTSC)是一种可行、迅速、易于操作、耐受性好的手术,它可以使眼内压适度和逐渐地降低,成为一种安全有效的治疗手段,在临床上多用于药物和手术效果不佳的病例。随着一些相关学科的技术发展和设备进步及经验积累,实现了精准的降眼压及较少的并发症,治疗范围愈来愈广,已成为较多类型青光眼的首选治疗手段,如原发闭角型青光眼、原发开角型青光眼、儿童难治性青光眼、硅油填充术后继发青光眼、青光眼引流阀植入术后及联合抗血管内皮生长因子玻璃体腔注射治疗新生血管性青光眼等治疗,本文对DLTSC的相关研究做一综述。Being a feasible,rapid,easy and tolerant means,diode laser transscleral cyclophotocoagulation（DLTSC） can lower intraocular pressure appropriately and slowly,and has been established as a safe and effective intervention,which is often used for cases of poor effect by drugs and surgery. With the technical progress in relating subject,advanced equipment and rich experience,DLTSC can lower the intraocular pressure precisely with less complication. The range of treatment is becoming more and more wide,and it has become the preferred treatment for many types of glaucoma,such as primary angle closure glaucoma,primary open-angle glaucoma,refractory pediatric glaucoma,glaucoma after intravitreal silicone oil injection,glaucoma after tube shunt failure and combining intravitreal antivascular endothelial growth factor in the treatment of neovascular glarcoma. This paper reviews briefly the recent research in DLTSC.
