摘 要:临床医生工作绩效考核是医院整体绩效考核的核心部分。如何通过绩效考核,使临床医生在提供社会医疗服务功能的同时,充分发挥科研与教学功能,是三甲教学医院有别于一般医院绩效考核的特殊之处。本文通过对现行公立三甲教学医院临床医生绩效考核普遍存在的主要问题分析,力图对三甲教学医院绩效考核的体系构建展开思考,进而加强医院绩效考核体系的探索改革,努力为同类医院提供一定借鉴和参考。The performance assessment of clinical doctors is the core part of the hospital's overall performance appraisal. How to enable clinicians to provide social medical services as well as give full play to the research and teaching by the performance assessment in Grade Ⅲ A hospital is distinct from the general hospital. The paper analyzed the main problems of performance appraisal of the clinical doctors in Grade Ⅲ A hospital and attempts to establish the effective performance appraisal system in the top three teaching hospital. Furthermore,it will strengthen the reform of performance appraisal system of hospital and provide reference for the hospital industry peers.
