摘　　要：目的　研究增殖细胞核抗原 (简称PCNA)及Bcl- 2在胃癌中的表达 ,探索PCNA ,Bcl- 2同胃癌预后的关系及对临床的意义。方法　用免疫组化S -P法。结果　PCNA和Bcl- 2在胃癌中的表达与癌细胞的分化程度 ,浸润深度及肿瘤分期有关 ,与淋巴结转移的相关性不明显。结论　PCNA ,Bcl- 2的过量表达说明胃癌细胞增殖活跃 ,检测PCNA和Bcl-Objective To study the expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma and to assess the relationship between PCNA,Bcl-2 and prognosis of gastric carcinoma .Methods We used S-P Immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma has relationship with malignant degree,invasive depth and clinical stage of carcinoma cell.It has no relationship with lymph node metastasis. Conclusions Over-expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 suggested that gastric cacinoma cells proliferated actively, the recognization of PCNA and Bcl-2 may help us to know the biological deed of gastric cacinoma and predict the prognosis of patients.
