摘 要:为确保化妆品中霉菌和酵母菌总数检测结果的精确度,依据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)对乳液中霉菌和酵母菌总数进行检测,检测结果进行不确定度的评定。结果表明,霉菌和酵母菌总数检测结果的扩展不确定度为0.07,当样品中霉菌和酵母菌总数检测结果以平行样对数值的平均值表示时,其取值区间为2.54±0.07。研究中建立的不确定度评定方法可适用于化妆品的合格性判断。To ensure the accuracy of the testing results of mold and yeast in cosmetics, according to Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics 2015, the uncertainty of the counting of mold and yeast in cosmetics was evaluated. The results show that the expanded uncertainty of measurement is 0.07. When the testing result of mold and yeast in cosmetics is expressed by the parallel for average value, the value range is 2.54±0.07. The uncertainty evaluation of measurement can be applied to evaluate the safety of the cosmetics.
