摘　　要：目前"军字一号"的科室字典表的科室代码存在不合理,使科室不能够按照实际情况分类汇总,对统计有很大的影响。目的:利用软件查询时可直接获取最终结果。方法:在SQL SERVER建立科室统计对照表,并在查询获取数据时把科室对照表连接上即可得到统计结果。结论:相对以往的EXCEL模板合并数据,利用科室对照表计算能提高统计效率与准确性。The current department of the dictionary in the Army No. 1 is unreasonable, so that the department cannot be classified according to the actual situation, which has a great impact on the statistics. Objective： We can directly obtain the results according to the software＇ s queries. Methods： We should set up department statistics table in the SQL SERVER and connected the Department table to the statistical queries. Conclusion： Compared with the former EXCEL template merging data, it can improve the statistical efficiency and accuracy by using the table of departments.
