内眦赘皮的解剖学研究进展和术式发展

摘　　要：内眦赘皮为内眼角前方的一条半月形皮肤皱褶。由于内眦赘皮解剖结构的复杂性，存在术后矫正不充分、复发及留有明显瘢痕等情况。对其解剖学的探索有助于理解其形成机制、以便更精准地实施手术，以矫正内眦外形。该文对内眦赘皮的解剖学研究进展及手术矫正方式进行简要概括，为其术式选择提供思路。Epicanthus is a skin fold located in front of the inner canthus. Due to the complexity of the anatomic structure, there are some complications such as insufficient correction, recurrence and obvious scar. To improve the inner canthus shape thoroughly, the epicanthus anatomy is explored. This paper has listed a brief overview of the anatomical research progress of epicanthus and surgical measures method, respectively, in the hope that this review would provide instructive reference for its surgical options.
