摘　　要：目的 分析车祸所致眼外伤临床特点及预后.方法 回顾性分析2013年1月至2016年12月收治的车祸所致眼外伤139例（172只眼）的资料.观察发病性别、眼别、合并全身其它外伤情况及致伤类型等.结果 男94例（115只眼）,女45例（57只眼）,比例2.09：1.右眼89只眼,左眼83只眼,比例1.07：1.伴有全身损伤者101例（72.66％）.致伤类型以挫伤为主（52.33％）,依次为眼球破裂（19.77％）、眼球穿孔伤（16.86％）、眶内异物（6.98％）和眼内异物（4.07％）.对视功能损害严重,治疗后视力（BCVA）〈0.05者占17.45％,0.05～0.3者占43.03％,≥0.3者39.53％.结论 车祸所致眼外伤以挫伤为最多,并发症多,对视功能损害严重.ObjectiveTo analyse the clinical fectures and prognosis of ocular trauma by traffic accident.MethodsThe data of 172 eyes of 139 cases of ocular trauma by traffic accident from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.The sex, eye, combined with other injures and wound type were observed.ResultsThere were 115 eyes of 94 males, and 57 eyes of 45 females. The ratio of male-to-female was 2.09： 1. There were 89 right eyes and 83 left eyes, the ratio of right to left was 1.07∶1. There were 101 cases（72.66%） with systemic injury. The traumatic type was mainly contusions（52.33%）, followed by rupture of eyeball （19.77%）, ocular penetrating injuries（16.86%）, intraorbital foreign bodies（6.98%） and intraocular foreign bodies（4.07%）. The visual function was impaired. The visual acuity 〈0.05 occupyed for 17.45%, 0.05-0.3 in 43.03% and ≥0.3 in 39.53%.ConclusionMain types of ocular trauma by traffic accident are contusions with more complications and severe visual impairment.
