摘 要:目的 观察绷带式角膜接触镜在治疗急性眼化学烧伤中应用的效果.方法 前瞻性病例对照研究.急性眼化学烧伤50例(77眼),随机分成两组:观察组25例(39眼);对照组25例(38眼).两组均急诊处理后常规抗炎、促修复治疗.治疗组佩戴博士伦纯视BCL,对照组不佩戴BCL.分别观察两组患者治疗后角膜愈合情况、上皮愈合时间、主观症状评分及眼部并发症.结果 观察组所有患者均成功地佩戴BCL,无相关并发症出现.主观症状评分比较:治疗后1、3、7 d显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),治疗后14 d两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.311).观察组治疗后1、3、7 d角膜染色评分,显著低于对照组,治疗后14 d两组差异无统计学意义(P=1.000).角膜上皮愈合平均时间观察组为(2.670±0.982)d,对照组为(5.870±1.711)d,两组差异有统计学意义(t=-10.769,P=0.002).结论 绷带式角膜接触镜可明显缩短急性眼化学伤后角膜上皮修复时间,减少术后疼痛.ObjectiveTo observe the application efficacy of bandage contact lens(BCL) for the treatment of acute ocular chemical injuries.MethodsProspective case-control study. Seventy-seven eyes of 50 patients with ocular chemical injuries were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group, 39 eyes of 25 patients and control group, 38 eyes of 25 patients. All patients were treated with routine anti-inflammatory and reparative treatment after emergency treatment. The observation group received normal treatment combined with BCL.The changes in corneal epithelial, symptom scores, corneal epithelial healing time and complications after treatment were observed and recorded.ResultsAll BCLs were successfully fit patients of observation group, no any related complication occurred. The scores of symptoms and corneal fluorescence staining in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1, 3 and 7 days after treatment(all P〈0.05). The difference of scores of the two groups were not significant between before and 14 days after treatment (P=0.311). The average time of corneal epithelial healing in observation group was (2.670±0.982) days and (5.870±1.711)days in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(t=-10.769, P〈0.05).ConclusionApplication of BCL for the treatment of acute ocular chemical injuries is effective for shorting the time of re-epithelialization and reducing postoperative pain.
