V型外斜视的远期手术效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨V型外斜视的手术设计及远期疗效。方法分析60例V型外斜视临床资料，根据其眼底是否外旋、下斜肌亢进程度以及上下注视水平斜视度差值，采取不同手术方式，观察远期疗效。结果治愈59例（98．33％），获得双眼视功能35例（58．33％）。结论个性化手术联合术后视功能训练是治疗V型外斜视的有效方法。Objective To investigate the design of surgery and the long-term efficacy of surgery for the treatment of V-pattern exotropia. Methods The data of 60 patients with V-pattern exotropia were analyzed. Different surgical procedures were performed according to fundus extorsion whether or not, the grade of inferior oblique overaction and the difference of upper and lower strabismus. The long-term efficacy was observed. Results There were 59 cases （98.33%） recovered. Binocular vision was obtained in 35 cases （58.33%）. Conclusion Personalized surgical procedure combined with postoperative visual function training is an effective method for the treatment of V-pattern exotropia.
