摘　　要：农村土地承包经营权流转发展迅速、涉及面广,但是存在流转不规范等问题。本研究采用问卷调查的方式取得了池州市马衙街道部分农户的土地承包经营权流转的相关的数据。通过对数据的分析研判,了解土地流转存在的问题,提出了规范土地流转形式的相关建议。The circulation of management right about rural land contracted has developed rapidly and involves many aspects.Problems such as non standard circulation and other problems exist. This study obtained relevant data of the contracted land circulation part of the farmers live in MaYaStreetoffice in Chizhou City by means of questionnaire. To understand the problems of land circulation through the analysis of data,this paper puts forward some suggestions on standardizing the form of land circulation.
