城市型乳业冷链物流发展对策

摘　　要：探讨了城市乳制品冷链物流配送的发展现状和问题,以风行乳业冷链物流发展建设为研究对象,从冷链物流车队建设、冷链温度监测系统的信息化建设、二级配送与终端销售冷柜设备设施、销售模式等方面进行分析研究,提出了改进对策,为城市型乳业冷链物流建设提供参考意见。This paper discusses the development status and problems of cold chain logistics distribution of urban type dairy products by taking Guangzhou Fengxing Dairy Co, Ltd. as the research object. It is analyzed the motorcades construction of cold chain logistics, the informatization construction of cold chain monitoring system, secondary distribution and terminal sales of refrigerating equipment facilities, sales pattern,etc. It provides the improvement measures for the construction of urban type dairy cold chain logistics enterprises.
