摘　　要：产能过剩是当前阻碍我国经济发展的问题之一。以钢铁行业为例,讨论了制造业产能过剩的特征,指出这种过剩不是绝对过剩,而是相对过剩;对于制造业企业意味着是一种机遇。同时,运用管理学理论与方法,从企业的角度分析了制造业产能过剩形成的原因,并针对这些原因提出了相应措施。The overcapacity of the manufacture industry is one of the key problem to hinder the development of economy in China. In this paper, it discusses the features of the overcapacity of the manufacture industry taking the iron and steel industry as example, It thinks that overcapacity is relative. It also approaches this problem from the angle of enterprises, analyzes the causes, and suggests the actions to be aimed at the causes.
