摘 要:颜面不对称畸形涉及颅面部长宽高三维方向的改变,属复杂的牙面畸形。临床上除了必要的牙颌面检查,还需配合相应的辅助手段评估各类颜面不对称畸形。随着锥形束CT(CBCT)、三维照相、3D打印、核素与基因检查等技术的发展,使其检查评价方法越来越精准。本文将就颜面不对称畸形检查诊断方法的研究进展进行综述。Facial asymmetry is a complex denta-facialanomalies which involves changes in three dimensions.In addition to the necessary dental and maxillary examination, supplementary examination is required to evaluate various facial asymmetrical deformities. With the development of cone beam CT(CBCT), photogrammetry, 3 D-printing, radionuclide examinations and genetic tests, facial asymmetry assessments have become more precise. This paper presents a review about the progress on the evaluation of facial asymmetrical deformity.
