摘  要:目的探讨以病例为基础结合多学科协作治疗的教学模式在妇科实践教学中的可行性及教学效果。方法将120名临床医学专业学生按年级分成实验组和对照组,每组60人。教学内容为妇科课间实习的三个恶性肿瘤病例,分别是宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌,总计12学时;对照组采用传统讲授式教学;实验组采用以病例为基础结合多学科协作治疗教学。教学结束时进行教学效果评价和考试。应用SPSS19.0对组间数据进行t检验及卡方检验。结果以病例为基础结合多学科协作治疗的教学组学生理论考试成绩、实践考试成绩、论文作业成绩和总成绩均明显优于传统讲授教学组(P〈0.05)。学生对文献检索分析能力、获得信息能力、理解信息能力、分析信息能力、综合信息能力、自学能力、学习兴趣及积极性、团队合作能力的自评成绩也均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论以病例为基础结合多学科协作治疗的教学可行性强,可以提高妇科临床实习教学效果和学生素质.值得提倡和推广。Objective To explore the feasibility and evaluate the teaching effect of case-based multidisciplinary team teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of gynecology. Method According to different grade, 120 students were divided into experimental group and control group (60 students per group). The teaching content contained three malignant tumor cases, which were cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer. The course needed 12 periods totally. The experimental group received multidisciplinary team (MDT) teaching mode, and the control group received traditional lecture-based learning teaching mode (LBL). Teaching effect evaluation and test scores would be analyzed at the end of teaching. SPSS19.0 was used for t test and chi-square test. Results Our results showed that the theory test scores, practical skills test scores, the paperwork scores and the total scores of the students in MDT group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group (P〈0.05). At the same time, the students' self-evaluation scores in the ability of information retrieval, acquisition, understanding, comprehensive and the ability of self-learning, learning interest, enthusiasm and teamwork were significantly higher than the traditional group (P〈0.05). Conclusion MDT teaching mode is feasible, which can improve teaching effect and students' quality, and is worthy of advocating and popularization.
