摘　　要：以晋城职业技术学院图书馆读者信用积分制建设对高职院校学生阅读成长的激励措施为实证案例,阐述目前高职院校图书馆管理方式存在的问题,从读者信用积分制管理正向激励与负向激励两方面对学生阅读成长的激励作用进行研究,并对图书馆读者激励工作做出展望。This paper takes the incentive measure of library readers＇ credit scoring system construction for students＇ reading growth in higher vocational colleges as an example to expound the existing problems in the management methods of higher vocational college library. The article studies the positive and negative incentives of the readers＇ credit scoring system to encourage students＇ reading growth, and looks forward to the li-brary readers＇ motivation work in the future.
