摘　　要：尿素循环中间产物在植物的生长发育、生物与非生物胁迫起着重要的作用,也与植物氮素利用密切相关。本文以参与尿素循环的酶为重点,介绍其结构和功能研究的进展,并分析了与尿素循环相关的代谢及产物的作用,为进一步研究尿素循环的功能、调控和利用提供参考。Intermediate product of urea cycle plays an important role in the growth, development, bioand abiotic stresses in plants, and also is closely related to the utilization of nitrogen. In this review,focusing on enzymes involved in the urea cycle, we summarized the research progress of its structure and function, also analyzed the rules of urea cycle related metabolism and products, and provided the reference in the further function, regulation and utilization study on urea cycle.
