甜梦口服液联合非典型抗精神病药物治疗对精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素和性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨甜梦口服液联合非典型抗精神病药物治疗对精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素和性激素水平的影响。方法选择2014年2月至2017年8月山东省精神卫生中心接诊的240例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为6组,每组40例,分别接受利培酮、阿立哌唑、喹硫平、利培酮联合甜梦口服液、阿立哌唑联合甜梦口服液、喹硫平联合甜梦口服液治疗,均连续治疗8周。比较治疗前后各组血清中泌乳素、睾酮、雌二醇的水平。结果治疗后利培酮组、阿立哌唑组、喹硫平组血清泌乳素水平明显高于治疗前[(16±9)μg/L比(10±6)μg/L、(16±7)μg/L比(11±4)μg/L、(16±6)μg/L比(10±5)μg/L],男性血清睾酮水平明显低于,女性血清睾酮水平明显高于治疗前[男性:(15±8)pmol/L比(21±9)pmol/L、(16±5)pmol/L比(20±8)pmol/L、(16±5)pmol/L比(20±8)pmol/L,女性:(2.4±0.8)pmol/L比(1.6±0.8)pmol/L、(2.3±0.6)pmol/L比(1.7±0.8)pmol/L、(2.2±0.5)pmol/L比(1.6±0.8)pmol/L],男性血清雌二醇水平明显高于,女性血清雌二醇水平明显低于治疗前[男性:(138±49)pmol/LL比(108±43)pmol/L、(131±35)pmol/L比(108±43)pmol/L、(130±32)pmol/L比(108±43)pmol/L,女性:(131±88)pmol/L比(300±120)pmol/L、(155±82)pmol/L比(300±119)pmol/L、(161±96)pmol/L比(302±121)pmol/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。利培酮组联合甜梦口服液组、阿立哌唑联合甜梦口服液组、喹硫平联合甜梦口服液组治疗后血清泌乳素、睾酮、雌二醇水平与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者采用甜梦口服液联合非典型抗精神病药物治疗能有效降低非典型抗精神病药物对患者血清泌乳素、性激素水平的影响。Objective To investigate the effect of Tianmeng oral liquid combined with atypical antipsychotic drugs on serum prolactin and sex hormone in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Totally 240 patients with schizophrenia admitted in Shandong Mental Health Center from February 2014 to August 2017 were randomly divided into 6 groups（n＝40） taking risperidone, aripiprazole, quetiapine, risperidone combined with Tianmeng oral liquid, aripiprazole combined with Tianmeng oral liquid, quetiapine combined with Tianmeng oral liquid, respectively. Levels of serum prolactin, testosterone and estradiol were analyzed 8 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment, levels of serum prolactin in risperidone group, aripiprazole group and quetiapine group significantly increased compared to those before treatment［（16±9）μg/L vs （10±6）μg/L, （16±7）μg/L vs （11±4）μg/L, （16±6）μg/L vs （10±5）μg/L］; level of serum testosterone significantly decreased in males and increased in females compared to those before treatment［males： （15±8）pmol/L vs （21±9）pmol/L, （16±5）pmol/L vs （20±8）pmol/L, （16±5）pmol/L vs （20±8）pmol/L; females： （2.4±0.8）pmol/L vs （1.6±0.8）pmol/L, （2.3±0.6）pmol/L vs （1.7±0.8）pmol/L, （2.2±0.5）pmol/L vs （1.6±0.8）pmol/L］; level of serum estradiol significantly increased in males and decreased in females compared to those before treatment［males： （138±49）pmol/L vs （108±43）pmol/L, （131±35）pmol/L vs （108±43）pmol/L, （130±32）pmol/L vs （108±43）pmol/L; females： （131±88）pmol/L vs （300±120）pmol/L, （155±82）pmol/L vs （300±119）pmol/L, （161±96）pmol/L vs （302±121）pmol/L］（all P＜0.05）.
