摘　　要：冀北女性灵媒在当地文化系统中具有一定的边缘性,但与此同时,灵媒所实践的民俗医疗却可以被看成是一种赋权文化体系。在这一赋权体系中,灵媒对危险的感知系统发挥了重要作用。正是利用自己独特的感知体系,灵媒创造了一种对于自己以及被治疗者来说同时具有赋权效果的双重赋权模式,并以此来面对他们在社会上的无权处境。The female spirit medium is a marginal group in local society in the north of He bei province.But at the same time,their folkloric medical treatment also can be seen as a system of empowerment in which spirit medium＇s risk perceiving plays an important role.With the special feelings,spirit medium create a empowerment system for both themselves and their customers with which the power vacuum can be filled in real social life.
