高校辅导员创新学生管理方法探究

摘　　要：目前随着高等教育由精英化向大众化的转变,大多数学生都能获得上大学的机会,导致大学生生源素质呈明显下降趋势。进入大学后,由于生活环境不同,自由时间增多,约束机制减少,依旧用高中学习的方法,使得部分学生难以适应大学学习生活,甚至最终无法正常完成学业。因此,辅导员需要针对新生入学面临的外界诱惑以及主观内心变化,结合往届学生的实际案例及自身管理技巧,多方面去创新学生管理方法。Now,with the continuous promotion of higher education,the qualityof students enrolled shows a significant downward trend.After entering university,due to the difference of living environment,the increase of free time and the decrease of restraint mechanism,some students still use the method of high school study,which makes it difficult for some students to adapt to the life of university study and even can not finish their studies normally.Therefore,in view of the external temptation of freshmen and subjective inner changes,counselors need to explore the innovative methods of student management,with the combination of the actual cases and management experience of previous students.
