摘 要:在《旅客运输组织》课程中,教师通过学案引导学生学习理论和案例,学生动手做实验,进行研究探索,并亲身参与科研项目,尝试基于"做中学"的"导学做研"模式,充分发挥学生自主学习、探究学习的能力,培养学生的动手能力和创新意识。实践证明了"导学做研"模式的有效性,特别是对学生的毕业设计写作、继续深造以及工作均有良好效果。In the Passenger Transport Organization course,teachers guide students to learn theories and cases through case studies. Students do experiments,carry out research and exploration,and involve in scientific research projects personally. They try to "learn to do research" based on mode of " Learning and Studying ",which makes them give full play to students self-learning,explore the ability to learn,and cultivate students' practical ability and innovation consciousness. Practice proves the validity of the model of " Learning and Studying ",especially from the students' graduation design writing,further study and working,all have a good effect.
