摘　　要：当前高校文化素质教育面临着来自高校制度管理水平和教学实践层面的诸多困难,如何化解这种困境也就成为许多教育研究者关心的课题。通过对OBE教育理念的概念进行界定,分析OBE教育模式的特点,以及OBE教育模式与大学文化素质教育课程体系的关系,对构建基于"OBE"理念下的大学文化素质教育课程体系改革进行探索,并提出相关实施策略。Cultural quality education in universities today is faced with many difficulties,which come from university system management level and teaching practice level.How to resolve this dilemma becomes the topic concerned about by many education researchers.This thesis defines the concept of ＂Outcomes-Based Education＂（OBE）,analyzes the characteristics of OBE and explores the relationship between OBE education model and the course system of university cultural quality education. It then puts forward the conceptions on the reformation of university course system of cultural quality education based on OBE education model,hoping to provide the implementation strategy.
