摘  要:专业认证的核心理念之一是持续改进,内部质量监控是持续改进的重要环节。本文对照专业认证持续改进的相关标准,对教学督导工作进行了重新检视,对专业认证持续改进理念下的督导工作进行了总体设计。Continuous improvement is one of core concepts in professional accreditation,and inner teaching quality supervision is its crucial node. This paper makes a cognition to the relations between continuous improvement under professional accreditation teaching supervision. It reviews the teaching supervision in the light of relative criteria of continuous improvement and indicates prominent problems in current teaching supervision. On the basis of above-mentioned analysis,holistic design to teaching supervision under the idea of continuous improvement has been put forwarded.
