摘  要:研究生是具备一定知识和能力水平的群体。为了有效提高研究生的教学质量,我们选取三门研究生课程进行研究。首先,在期中时进行中期反馈,采用调查问卷和小组讨论的形式,以了解学生们对课程的期望及课程中存在的优缺点。然后,在学期结束时使用座谈会的形式开展研究生"教学评估日"活动,以获得学生们对课程的评价,并通过分析总结,对任课教师的授课方式提出了建设性意见。The graduate students belong to a group with a certain level of knowledge and ability. To effectively improve the quality of postgraduate instruction,we selected three graduate courses for study. First,mid-term feedback was adopted to understand the expectations of the students and the pros and cons of the course by using questionnaires and group discussions. Then, "teaching assessment day" activities were carried out at the end of the semester,where students were invited to evaluate the course. Constructive comments were provided to teachers through analyses and summaries of students' feedback.
