摘　　要：实行双语教学是高校教学教改的一种教学形式,符合人才发展规划要求。本文在相关调研材料和文献研究的基础上,以南航金城学院2013级土木系《建设工程招投标与合同管理》课程为背景,分析民办本科开展双语教学所面临的问题和制约因素,并在此基础上提出加强民办本科院校双语教学的相关建议。Bilingual teaching is a kind of teaching reform in colleges and universities,which meets the requirements of the development planning of talents. On the basis of relevant research materials and literature research,this paper analyzes the problems and constraints of bilingual teaching in private universities with the background of the class of ＂Construction Bidding and Contract Management＂ of construction project of 2013 Jincheng College of NUAA,and on which basis of,putting forward some suggestions to strengthen the bilingual teaching in private colleges.
