摘  要:提高教学质量是高等院校教育教学管理工作的首要任务,是深化教育教学改革的焦点,高校教学督导机制则是保障教学质量提高的重要环节。本文结合当前高校教育教学的实际情况,探讨了督导工作机制的内涵和意义,指出树立"以人为本"的督导理念,增强服务创新意识,加强教学督导队伍建设,提高教学督导自身素质是提高教学督导工作实效性的重要措施。Improve the quality of teaching is the primary task of education and teaching management of higher education,is the focus of the deepening the reform of education teaching,teaching supervision mechanism in colleges and universities is an important part of the guarantee to improve teaching quality.In this paper,in combination with the practical situation of the current education teaching in colleges and universities,this paper discusses the connotation and significance of the supervision work mechanism points out that establishing the supervision of the "people-oriented" idea,strengthen the consciousness of service innovation,to strengthen the construction of teaching supervision team and improve their own quality,teaching supervision is an important measure to improve effectiveness of teaching supervision work.
