摘  要:为实现科研与教学的融合,构建了喷雾冷却传热综合实验教学平台。该平台由喷雾冷却系统和数据采集系统构成,能实现演示性、验证性和创新性三个层次的教学目标。以水喷雾冷却光滑热表面为例,介绍了所需仪器、实验过程、数据处理方法。喷雾冷却传热实验可加深学生对强化传热知识的理解,提升学生的实践动手能力,激发学生的创新意识,并在多元化创新型人才的培养中发挥了重要作用。In order to lead the research into the teaching process,the experimental teaching platform for spray cooling heat transfer has been built. The platform is composed of spray cooling system and digital data acquisition system,on which demonstration,verification and innovation experiments can be finished. Water spray cooling on flat surface was taken as an example to introduce the needed apparatuses,experimental process and data treatment method. Spray cooling experiments can enhance the students' comprehension for convective heat transfer,improve their practical ability and motive their scientific innovative consciousness. The experimental teaching platform for spray cooling heat transfer will play a very important role in cultivating the innovative talents.
