摘 要:目的通过MTAD冲洗液对根管壁牙本质玷污层的处理来提高纤维桩的粘结强度。方法收集40颗单根管前磨牙随机分为4组,A组:Na Cl冲洗;B组:17%EDTA和1.3%Na Cl O冲洗;C组:Biopure MTAD和1.3%Na Cl O冲洗;D组:Biopure MTAD冲洗。将冲洗后的样本进行纤维桩粘结,运用薄片推出法测量粘结强度。结果 B、C、D组粘结强度与A组相比均有所增强,且差异有统计学意义,B、C、D组之间差异无统计学意义,但C组粘结效果最佳。C、D组根尖1/3与B组根尖1/3粘结强度有统计学差异。结论 MTAD或联合低浓度Na Cl O冲洗根管可明显提高纤维桩粘结强度,且对根尖1/3的粘结强度也有良好的效果。Objective To improve adhesive strength of the fiber posts by treating the smear layer of the root canal wall with MTAD. Methods 40 premolars were collected and randomly divided into 4 groups: Group A: Na Cl irrigation; group B: 17% EDTA and 1. 3% NaClO irrigation; group C: Biopure,MTAD and 1. 3% NaClO irrigation; group D: Biopure MTAD irrigation. The samples after irrigation were bonded with fiber posts,and the bonding strength was measured by the thin plate push out method. Results The bond strength of B,C and D group increased compared with group A,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference among B,C and D,but the C group had the best bonding effect. There was a significant difference in the 1/3 bond strength among the root tip 1/3 and B group in C and D groups. Conclusion MTAD or combined with low concentration of NaClO can improve the bond strength of fiber post,and also has good effect on the adhesive strength of 1/3.
