场域理论视角下的内蒙古古地区高校青年英语教师倦怠个案探究

摘　　要：高校青年英语教师的职业倦怠问题已成为教师职业发展研究的重要关注点。本文以青年英语教师为研究对象进行个案研究,通过对5位教师教学生活的全景式扫描,展现其倦怠状况,深入了解其倦怠成因。通过对法国社会学家皮埃尔·布迪厄的场域理论的解读,尝试阐述青年英语教师职业倦怠的成因。本研究对高校青年英语教师的职业生涯规划和调整提供一定的指导意义。研究表明:在内蒙古高校这一特殊教育场域下,青年英语教师的倦怠程度较弱,其中年龄和受教育水平差异是影响其倦怠状况主要因素。面对学校场域中的"压迫",内蒙古高校青年英语教师应主动自觉处理情绪问题产生的压力;学校场域中的管理者应有效调整场域环境,帮助青年英语教师适应压力变化,改善情绪问题,完善其教师职业规划。The issue of job burnout of junior English teachers in universities has become an important focus. The paper makes a case study of university junior English teachers＇ job burnout. By scanning the teaching life of five teachers in a panoramic way and interpretation to the field theory of Pierre Bourdieu,this paper attempts to find out junior English teachers＇ burnout status,causes and solutions. This study provides some guidance for the English teachers＇ career planning. The research shows that in Inner Mongolia universities,a special education field,the degree of burnout of junior English teachers is relatively weak. Age and education level are the two main factors that influence the burnout. To face with the＂oppression＂from school field,junior English teachers should have a more proactive plan to deal with emotional problems; school managers should adjust the field environment effectively,help English teachers adapt themselves to the changes in pressure with perfect junior English teachers＇ occupation planning.
