摘 要:目的评估结构化模式教学法在临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法收集2012年级以中医儿科学为必修课的中医专业学生共120例,随机平均分为2组,A组采用结构化临床见习模式,B组采用常规的临床见习模式。采用理论考试、临床病例考核、问卷调查相结合的形式,进行教学效果评估。结果 A组的理论考核、临床病例考核平均成绩明显高于B组(P<0.05),并且A组学生在教师讲解的启发性、分析解决问题能力提高的程度、对该教学模式的满意程度等方面评分均高于B组(P<0.05)。结论结构化教学模式临床见习应用于儿科教学取得了满意的教学效果,优于传统教学方法。Objective To evaluate the application of structured mod el teaching method in clinical probation teaching. Methods A total of 120 traditional Chinese medicine students in grade 2012 were collected for the compulsory course of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine. The two groups were randomly divided into two groups. The structured clinical probation model was applied in group A, and the routine clinical probation model was used in group B. The teaching effect was evaluated by the combination of theoretical examination, clinical case assessment and questionnaire survey. Results The average results of the theoretical assessment and clinical case assessment in group A were significantly higher than those of the group B( P〈0.05), Besides, Group A scored higher in terms of inspiring, analyzing and solving problems, and satisfaction with the teaching mode( P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of the structured teaching pattern clinical probation to the pediatrics teaching has achieved satisfactory results in this study, which is superior to the traditional teaching method.
