摘　　要：目的：研究心理干预对改善精神分裂症后抑郁的疗效。方法：选取98例精神分裂症后抑郁的患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组各49例,观察组应用常规治疗加心理干预的方法,对照组仅常规治疗。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）对两组患者干预前后的抑郁症状进行评定,对比疗效。结果：两组干预后的HAMD评分均降低,组间比较观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（t=-4.07,P〈0.01）;比较两组患者的满意度,观察组满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=7.33,P〈0.01）。结论：心理干预能有效地减轻患者的抑郁症状,值得临床应用推广。Objective：To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on the improvement of post schizophrenia depression symptoms.Methods：A total of 98 patients with schizophrenia were divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group according to different methods of research;Patients in the observation group were given psychological intervention and the control group received routine treatment.The depression symptoms of the two groups before and after intervention were evaluated by HAMD.Results：After the intervention,HAMD scores were significant differently between the two groups（t=-4.07,P〈0.01）;The rate of satisfaction was also statistically significantly different（χ2=7.33,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Appropriate psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the symptoms of depression,and it is worthy of clinical application and implementation.
