摘　　要：聚焦陆海统筹，在建设海洋强市上持续加力，做大海洋产业，做强海洋科技。加快“海上粮仓”建设，实现由浅海向深海养殖发展，打造国家级海洋牧场示范区；培育10家渔业种业龙头企业，做强海参、扇贝等种业基地，打造“水产种业硅谷”。从新鲜出水的三文鱼，到从海洋生物中提取的多肽产品，烟台经略海洋的蓝图，正徐徐展开。Focusing on the overall planning of the land and the sea, making continuous efforts for the construction of a strong marine city, enlarging the marine industry and strengthening the marine science and technology. Accelerating the construction of the ＂sea barn＂ to achieve the development of marine cultivation from the shallow sea to the deep sea and forge a national-level demonstration area of marine ranching; fostering 10 leading fishing and seed enterprises and consolidating the seed industrial bases of sea cucumbers and scallops to forge a ＂silicon valley of the aquatic seed industry.＂
