摘　　要：中国改革开放四十年来,村庄发展与变迁构成了乡村社会急剧变迁的重要方面。以村庄(或村落)及其变迁为研究的切入点,已成为分析中国农村发展的一条重要微观路径。本文通过对中国学者关于村庄发展与变迁研究做回顾分析,旨在呈现相关的研究成果及其意义,并以此说明中国乡村发展的某些基本趋势与问题。但因中国村庄的发展极其复杂和多样化,我们难以概括村庄发展与变迁研究的全貌。本文主要从社会发展的角度,选择当前国内学界关于村庄研究的一些重要议题和热点问题加以概括分析,包括村庄发展的个案呈现、村庄转型或终结、农村社区化发展与村庄变革、"项目进村"与村庄治理新模式等内容。In the past forty years of China's reform and opening up,one of the most important transformations in rapid changing rural China is the development of villages. The study of villages( or village communities) and their changes has become an important microcosmic path to analyze the development of China's rural society. Based on the retrospective analysis of existing researches on village development and changes,this paper aims to spotlight relevant research findings and their contributions to the knowledge pool. Also,it illustrates some basic trends and problems of rural development in China. However,it is difficult to summarize the whole picture of the study of villages changes due to the complexity and diversity of China's rural society. Therefore this paper selects some important topics and popular issues in this field from the perspective of social development,including the village case studies,the transformation or end of villages,the development of rural communities,"projects entering villages"and the new models of village governance.
