摘  要:目的探究乳腺癌患者周期蛋白依赖性激酶-2(CDK2)和肿瘤转移抑制基因-1(KISS-1)的表达情况及临床意义。方法选取佳木斯大学附属第一医院肿瘤科2012-2015年收治的乳腺癌患者68例和40例乳腺纤维腺瘤患者。免疫组化染色SP法检测乳腺癌和乳腺纤维瘤中CDK2和KISS-1的表达。结果 CDK2表达乳腺纤维腺瘤患者明显低于乳腺癌(P<0.05),而KISS-1的表达明显高于乳腺癌患者(P<0.01);在乳腺癌临床分期中,Ⅲ期、IV期患者CDK2和KISS-1的阳性表达率明显高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);在乳腺癌淋巴结转移中,有淋巴结转移的患者CDK2的阳性表达率明显高于与无淋巴结转移的患者(P<0.05);在乳腺癌患者中,CDK2表达与KISS1的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.4,P<0.01)。结论在乳腺癌的发生发展和转移中,CDK2对此有促进作用,而KISS-1对此有抑制作用,两项可作为乳腺癌患者的的检测指标和评定预后指标。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of CDK2( cyclin-dependent kinase-2) and KISS-1( tumor metastasis suppressor gene-1) in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of68 breast cancer patients and 40 breast fibroadenoma patients who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from 2012 to 2015 were selected. SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CDK2 and KISS-1 in breast and breast fibroids. Results In breast fibroadenoma,the expression of CDK2 was significantly lower than that of breast cancer patients,while the expression of KISS-1 was significantly higher than that of breast cancer patients( P〈 0. 01).In the clinical stage of breast cancer,phase III and IV were Compared with patients with stage I and stage II,the positive expression rate of CDK2 and KISS-1 was significantly increased( P〈 0. 05); in lymph node metastasis of breast cancer,CDK2 was found in patients with lymph node metastasis. The positive expression rate was significantly higher in patients with and without lymph node metastasis( P〈 0. 05); in breast cancer patients,the positive expression of CDK2 was negatively correlated with the positive expression of KISS1( r=-0.4,P〈 0. 01). Conclusion In the development and metastasis of breast cancer,CDK2 has a role in promoting this,and KISS-1 has an inhibitory effect.Two of them can be used as indicators for the detection of breast cancer patients and the evaluation of prognostic indicators; leading to lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer.One of the reasons for the shift was overexpression of CDK2.
