摘 要:提出一种应用于装配式钢结构的钢筋桁架楼板纵向连接方式,楼板之间采用局部湿连接,实现了工厂预制现场装配。通过对8个钢筋桁架楼板试件进行静力荷载试验,研究钢筋桁架形式、上弦钢筋连接方式和钢筋直径等参数对试件受力性能的影响,获得了试件的变形破坏模式和极限承载力,并利用GB50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》中正截面承载力计算式对楼板进行计算,并与试验结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:钢筋桁架楼板之间及与H型钢梁整体协同工作性能优良,可保证该纵向连接从屈服到破坏有一定的强度富余,能够满足GB 50010—2010对楼板在使用阶段强度和刚度的要求。根据试验结果,针对所研究的楼板提出了在使用阶段受弯承载力简化计算方法。The paper presented a longitudinal direction connection method of steel bar truss slab for prefabricated steel structure. The slabs are locally connected by wet process to achieve factory prefabrication and field assembly.The static-load test was carried on eight specimens of steel bar truss slab,and the influence of several parameters,such as the form of steel bar truss,the top bar connection mode and bar diameter,on the mechanical properties was studied,and the deformation failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity were obtained. According to the relevant formulas of GB 50010—2010,the bearing capacity of the slab was calculated theoretically and compared with the test results. The results showed that the collaborative work of the steel bar truss slab and H steel beam was perfect,which could ensure the longitudinal connection had a certain strength of surplus from yield to failure and meet the requirements of strength and stiffness of GB 50010-2010 on the slab at service stage. According to the test results,the simplified method for calculating the flexural bearing capacity of the slab at service stage was proposed.
