摘 要:以贵阳地铁2号线观兴区间段隧道工程为依托,设计并实施了3种控制振动的爆破方案,利用现场振动监测的方法对不同爆破方案施工时的振动进行了监测分析。研究表明:降低单响药量是降振最直接的方法,分次起爆能够减小叠加效应进而降低爆破振动,中空孔具有制造的临空面和释放掏槽爆破产生的振动能的作用,在现场应用时爆破减振效果较好。通过几种方案的配合使用,将爆破施工振动控制在1.5 cm/s以下,在保护建筑物安全的同时,保证了工程的安全快速施工,为城市环境下隧道爆破掘进工程提供借鉴。The research designed and implemented three blasting schemes for controlling vibration based on the Guiyang Metro Line 2 Guanxing Interval Tunnel Project. Vibration of different blasting schemes based on the method of on-site vibration monitoring has been monitored and analyzed. The results showed that the most direct method to reduce vibration was to reduce the maximum explosive charge. The stage initiation of explosion could reduce the additive effect and then reduce blasting vibration. The hollow bore had the function of creating free face and release the vibrational energy creating by cutting hole blasting. The results showed that it had a great effect in field application. With the use of several schemes,the blasting vibration in construction were controlled below 1. 5 cm/s.While ensuring the safety of the building,the schemes ensure the safety and rapid construction of the project,provide reference to tunnel blasting tunneling in urban environment.
