陕北黄土区煤系粘土复合吸水树脂的制备及性能研究

摘  要:以陕北黄土区煤系粘土为制备原料,以丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为反应单体,采用水溶液聚合法制备得到煤系粘土高吸水性树脂。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电镜表征,结果表明煤系粘土和树脂之间有很好的结合。同时,通过研究得出,在中和度80%,煤系粘土、引发剂、交联剂及丙烯酰胺的用量分别为15%,0.5%,0.12%,30%的条件下,制备得到的吸水树脂吸液率最高,可达到1153g/g。Coal clay composites superabsorbent resin was obtained through the aqueous solution polymerization process,in which the coal clay from the loess region in north Shannxi was used as material,acrylic acid( AA)and acrylamide( AM) as monomers. IR,XRD and SEM characterization results showed that there was a good combination between coal clay and resin. And it was investigated that the optimum absorbency of the composite in distilled water was 1153 g/g,when neutralization degree was 80%,and the amount of coal clay,initiator,cross linker and acrylamide were 15%,0. 5%,0. 12% and 30%,respectively.
