刘燕池教授对《内经》“肝藏血,血舍魂”临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的：通过对刘燕池教授治疗失眠及高血压用药特点进行分析,以探讨刘老对《内经》＂肝藏血,血舍魂＂的应用。方法：共收集经刘燕池教授诊治的失眠及高血压患者145例,其中失眠患者70例,高血压患者75例。利用Excel软件录入数据,并采用SPSS20.0软件进行描述分析。结果：失眠：使用频次排在前十位的药物依次为酸枣仁、百合、茯神、远志、石菖蒲、合欢皮、柴胡、麦冬、当归、石斛;使用频次排在前5位的药物类别依次为补虚药、清热药、安神药、利水渗湿药、活血化瘀药;高血压：使用频次排在前十位的药物依次为薄荷、葛根、菊花、天麻、夏枯草、杜仲、珍珠母、石决明、地龙、当归。使用频次排在前5位的药物类别依次为清热药、补虚药、解表药、平肝熄风药、活血化瘀药。结论：刘燕池教授对《内经》＂肝藏血,血舍魂＂的应用主要体现于善用滋阴清热之品,使肝血肝阴得调,肝血舍魂,魂安入肝,阴阳平和,这与刘老重滋阴的学术思想是相符的。Objective：Through the analysis of the characteristics of the treatment of insomnia and hypertension by Professor LIU Yanchi,this paper discusses the application of LIU Yanchi＇s＂liver stores blood,and blood houses mood＂of Inner Canon of Huangdi. Methods：A total of 145 patients with insomnia and hypertension were treated by Professor LIU Yanchi,among them,there were 70 patients with insomnia and hypertension in 75 cases. The database was established by Excel,and the descriptive analysis were conducted with SPSS 20.0. Results：Insomnia：frequency of use in drug in the former ten kinds of Suanzaoren,Baihe,Fushen,Yuanzhi,Shichangpu,Hehuanpi,Chaihu,Maidong,Danggui,Shihu;the frequency of use in the former five kinds of categories of drugs are tonic,antipyretic,sedative,dampness medicine,blood stasis;hypertension：the frequency of use in drug before ten flavor were Bohe,Gegen,Juhua,Tianma,Xiakucao,Duzhong,Zhenzhumu,Shijueming,Dilong,Danggui. The frequency of drug use in the top five categories of drugs are heat clearing drugs,reinforcing drugs,relieving the exterior drugs,calming the liver and tonifying the wind,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Conclusion：LIU Yanchi of＂liver stores blood,and blood houses mood＂of Inner Canon of Huangdi mainly reflected in the use of nourishing Yin to clear away heat,so that the liver blood and Yin tune,liver blood house mood,the soul enters into the liver,Yin and Yang peace,which is closely related to Professor LIU＇s academic thought of nourishing yin.
