“二七而天癸至任脉通太冲脉盛月事以时下”之标点符号位置商榷

摘　　要：笔者分析现代版《素问·上古天真论》经文"二七而天癸至,任脉通,太冲脉盛,月事以时下",发现其中标点符号位置有可商榷之处。通过分析经典记载、医家观点及相关临床实践结果,笔者认为可以反映经文原旨的标点位置是:"二七而天癸至任脉,通太冲,脉盛,月事以时下"。It is found that improper positions of punctuations in the sentence ‘for the girls, when the heaven water comes by the age of 14 years old, conception channel, and thoroughfare channel is vigorous, and then the menstruation appears＇; which is written in the Chapter of Ancient naive theory of Suwen. By analyzing the record in the classic, point of view of skilled doctor in ancient years, and the results of clinical practice, we think that the proper positions of punctuations in the sentence is ‘for the girls, when the heaven water comes to conception channel and thoroughfare channel by the age of 14 years old, two channels are vigorous, and then the menstruation appears＇.
