摘 要:笔者通过含氢硅油与二乙烯基苯反应得到交联剂,将交联剂与木粉混合、球磨压制成形,高温烧结得到木质陶瓷。并从木质陶瓷的XRD、SEM、孔隙率和得碳率等方面研究了木质陶瓷的性能特点。研究结果表明:SiC微晶逐渐生长,结构向有序化发展,并且由非晶态向晶态转变。木质陶瓷在低温时烧结时表面较光滑,高温烧结时出现部分气孔,并且在1 400℃时,产生大量SiC纳米线,得碳率随温度的升高及分解产物的不断逸出而降低。体积收缩率随温度的升高而逐渐升高。木质陶瓷的开口气孔率随温度升高而逐渐增加。In this paper,the cross-linking agent is obtained by the reaction of hydrogen-containing silicone oil and divinylbenzene.The cross-linking agent and the wood powder are mixed and ball-milled for pressing and shaping,and the high-temperature sintering results in the wood ceramics.In this paper,the characteristics of wood ceramics are studied from the XRD images of wood ceramics,SEM images,porosity and carbon yield.The results show that:SiC crystallites grow gradually,the structure to the orderly development,and from amorphous to crystalline transition.When sintered at low temperature,the surface of wood ceramics is smoother,and some pores are formed when sintered at high temperature.At1 400℃,a large amount of SiC nanowires are produced.Carbon rate with the increase of temperature and decomposition products continue to escape and reduce.Volume shrinkage increases with increasing temperature.The open porosity of wood ceramics increases with increasing temperature.
