摘 要:Spindler文化治疗理论内涵丰富,对分析高等教育公平问题有很强的适用性,提供了独特的认知体系、教育人类学的分析框架和反思性的实践方法。根据文化治疗理论,教师文化偏见对高等教育公平的影响隐匿而深沉;文化治疗能帮助教师克服潜在文化偏见,跳出原有文化框架束缚,促进教师赋权增能和生命发展,帮助弱势群体学生融入主流文化,获得接受公平教育的权利。为此,要树立多元文化教育的目标理念,在文化对话中实现文化自觉,重建教师文化促其生命发展,推动高等教育公平实现。Spindler's cultural-therapy theory is rich in connotation and has strong applicability for analyzing the equity of higher education, which has provided a unique cognitive system, an analytical framework for educational an- thropology and a reflective practice method. In accordance with cultural-therapy theory, teachers' cultural prejudice has a hidden and in-depth effect on the equity of higher education. Cultural therapy can help teachers eliminate po- tential cultural bias, jump out of the restriction of their original culture frame, promote teachers' empowerment and life development, help the groups of vulnerable students into the mainstream culture to obtain the rights of fair education. Therefore, we must establish the goal idea of multicultural education, realize cultural consciousness in cultural dialogue and rebuild teachers' culture to promote their life development so as to push forward the realization of the equity of higher education.
