培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床可行性

摘　　要：目的探讨培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果以及对生活质量的影响。方法选取非小细胞肺癌患者80例,随机分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者均给予顺铂进行治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予培美曲塞治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果和生活质量。结果观察组有效率为32.50%,控制率为72.50%。对照组有效率为20.00%,控制率为55.00%。两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗WHOQOLBREF评分与治疗前相比均有明显提高(P<0.05),观察组与对照组相比,提高更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组EGFR、SCC、CEA以及CA125水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果显著,有利于提高患者生活质量,临床上值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in the treatment of nonsmall cell lung cancer and its impact on quality of life. Methods 80 non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given cisplatin for treatment. On the basis of this,the observation group was treated with pemetrexed. The clinical effects and quality of life of the 2 groups were compared. Results In the observation group,the effective rate was 32. 50%,the control rate was 72. 50%. In the control group,the effective rate was 20. 00% and the control rate was 55. 00%. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. The WHOQOL-BREF scores in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）,and were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of EGFR,SCC,CEA and CA125 in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in the treatment of nonsmall cell lung cancer patients has significant clinical results,it can improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worth promoting in clinical.
