基于分级救治“三分制度”对提高护理人员核心能力的效果研究

摘　　要：目的通过临床实践能力考核来提高护理人员核心能力。方法将＂三分制度＂融入日常护理工作中，通过对146名神经外科护士的临床实践能力进行先培训再考核的方法，来提高护理人员核心能力。结果通过培训及考核发现，护理人员考核前护理程序应用、沟通能力、应急处理能力、操作技能、人文关怀能力评分分别为（41.23 ± 2.43）、（14.32 ± 1.23）、（12.47 ± 2.12）、（24.32 ± 2.23）、（40.21 ± 2.24）分，与考核后的（48.38 ± 0.76）、（19.14 ± 0.85）、（18.79 ± 1.13）、（28.89 ± 0.94）、（49.31 ± 0.87）分相比，差异有统计学意义（t=-46.69^-22.68，均P〈0.01）。结论＂三分制度＂融入护士日常工作中可显著提高护士核心能力，这种培训方式为护士参与灾害救援工作提供了良好的分级救治基础。ObjectiveThrough the assessment of clinical practice ability to improve the core competence of nursing staff.MethodsIntegrate the ＂Three points system＂ into the daily nursing work, to improve the core competence of the nursing staff by setting the method of assessing the clinical practice ability.ResultsThrough training and assessment, application of nursing procedures, communication, emergency handling capacity, skills andhumanistic care ability of nursing staffbeforeassessment were 41.23±2.43, 14.32±1.23, 12.47±2.12, 24.32±2.23, 40.21±2.24, and the scores were 48.38±0.76, 19.14±0.85, 18.79±1.13, 28.89±0.94, 49.31±0.87 after the assessment.There were statistically significant difference （t=-46.69--22.68, P〈0.01）.ConclusionsThe ＂three point system＂ can significantly improve the core competency of nurses in the daily work of nurses. This training mode provides a good basis for nurses to participate in disaster relief work.
