摘　　要：仙鹤草作为我国传统中药,具有收敛止血、解毒、补虚等功效,而其活性成分异香豆素类仙鹤草内酯具有保肝解毒、抗炎、降血糖、抗肿瘤的药理作用。综述对异香豆素类仙鹤草内酯及其糖苷化衍生物的发现、合成,以及药理活性研究进展,以期对这类化合物的研究与开发提供参考。As a traditional Chinese medicine, Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. has astringent hemostatic, detoxicative, and deficiency-restoring effects. Agrimonolides with isocoumarin skeleton, the active ingredients of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb., have various pharmacological activities including liver protection and detoxification, anti-inflammation, anti-diabetes and antitumor. In this paper, the discovery, chemical synthesis and pharmacological activities of agrimonolides with isocoumarin skeleton and their glycoside derivatives were reviewed, so as to provide reference for further research and development of the title compounds.
