新疆某三甲肿瘤专科医院护士对肿瘤患者静脉化疗护理质量敏感性指标认知评价的调查研究

摘　　要：目的通过调查了解新疆某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院护士对肿瘤患者静脉化疗护理质量敏感性指标的认知评价水平。方法采用方便抽样法抽取新疆某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院内科、外科、妇科、放疗科4大片区科室198名护士,在肿瘤患者静脉化疗护理质量敏感性指标相关内容的基础上自行设计调查问卷进行横断面调查。结果 198名参与调查的护士对肿瘤患者静脉化疗护理质量敏感性指标的评价很高,其中,一、二、三级指标评价等级为优的护士占比率分别为92.4%、72.7%、48.0%。结论新疆某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院护士对肿瘤患者静脉化疗护理质量敏感性指标认知评价整体水平高,对各级指标的认同度一致性好。Objective Through investigation and understanding of the cognitive evaluation level of nurses＇ sensitivity to the quality of tumor patients＇ intravenous chemotherapy and nursing a three grade first class cancer hospital in Xinjiang. Methods A total of 198 nurses in four large sections of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and radiotherapy in a grade three oncology specialty hospital in Xinjiang were selected by convenient sampling method. The cross-sectional questionnaire was designed based on the content of the indicators of the quality of care of vein chemotherapy in patients with cancer. Results A total of 198 nurses participated in the survey evaluated the quality of care of patients with cancer. The proportion of nurses who rated the first, the second and the third grade indicators as excellent were92.4%, 72.7% and 48.0%, respectively. Conclusion The cognition level of nurses in a grade three cancer hospital in Xinjiang is highly consistent with the sensitivity of intravenous chemotherapy and the consistency is good for all levels of indicators.
